The Wildlife Challenge 2025 Summary
The Schoolyard Wildlife Challenge, launched for the first time in March 2025, engaged over 1,000 students from 16 schools across Israel in a discovery and learning project focused on local wildlife diversity. Together, they uploaded more than 3,000 observations representing 526 species to the iNaturalist platform.

Recap: First Meeting of the Citizen Science Project Leaders Forum
On May 11, 2025, the first meeting of the Project Leaders Forum was held by the Israeli Center for Citizen Science. To promote citizen science in Israel, the Center has launched a forum that brings together project leaders to learn collectively, drawing on their accumulated experience in addressing various challenges.
